Every drop of Perth Gin is distilled and bottled yards form the majestic River Tay in the historic ancient stable blocks which once provided refuge to Queen Victoria's horses.
All of our gins are hand-crafted in our two beautiful copper alembic stills, affectionately named Meg and Bel after our founder’s mothers.
Created for us by artisan craftsmen in Viana do Castelo in Portugal, working to our bespoke requirements, our stills are unique, just like our wonderful spirits, and are the very heartbeat of the distillery.
